ClubXS is a monthly fetish club held on the last Friday of every month. Located in North Kent in a secluded venue situated on 52 acres of land, only 30 minutes from London. Get ready for some kinky fun with like-minded people!

Dress code Fetish: latex, rubber, gothic fetish, crossdressing, vinyl, leather, fetish glam, sexy uniforms, kinky drag, full nudity. If you’re unable to wear proper fetish wear, it is also allowed to come in all smart black, i.e. shirt and trousers.

All attendees are required to follow the dress code. Absolutely no jeans, T-shirts, regular Suits, tuxedos or trainers allowed. No effort = no entry.
